The tank is 1100 gallons....I'm gonna gut the tank and start over. I'm thinking several types of Africans that won't inter breed. Must be colorful and not too small. Anyone have any thoughts?

The sky is the limit with that tank......I would go with a big colony of Frontosa for sure..some lepidio sp, and some cool cats..that would be sweet..

Frontosa would hunt down what I want to put in it.....I'm thinking lots of color and big populations of several species. What species won't interbreed and will bring a lot of different colors. Keeping in mind it's a show piece in an office.

thats a nice tank. for africans i would loose the driftwood, and create some rock piles in the middle of the tank so they can be viewed from both sides. If you want color and alot of different species, lake malawi is the way to go.

I would stock it with different types of severums, a ton of clown loaches and a large school of red hook silver dollars.:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2
But you said Africans so I'd do fronts and blue dolphins, and a ton of synodontis.
