24 hour lights?

I run 24 hour lights. Day lights during the day and blue lights during the night for a moon effect. Should I be doin this? Is this okay?

I do the same. I've never had any adverse side effects and I don't really think the fish have a problem with it.

Do you imtate the moon cycle?

If not, i would not do it. I believe constant light stresses all living things

The lights reflect the day/night pattern that we have. I do turn the moonlights off probably one night a week but for the most part they are on.
