24 in black pacu...pick up only

I have taken on a Black Pacu from a friend due to getting too large for his aquarium, and now I am trying to find a new home for him. The Pacu is just over 24 in and is currently living outside in a 700 gallon stock tank, but i am trying to find a home before the cold weather hits.
