Welcome to MFK! That price is fair, but the market might be saturated with growing RTC's. So if you need to "get rid" of it, it might be easier to give it away. But if you have the time to wait, then maybe just re-post if you didn't get any offers. I think the minimum tank size should be 240. Pond would be better though.
