I've seen these really vary in our area, Sticky. I've seen some that are dirt cheap because the owner just wants to dump it...and I've seen as high as $300 at the lfs.

Personally, if it's a nice specimen, I would pay around $200.

Sticky, you can get them at JJ market, 800 to 1000BHT for a 12in fish. Good scales and no drop eye, (or not much). Were are you in Thailand?

I got mine for $100 @ 24". He wasn't the best looking, and has drop eye, but a bit of care can make them a good looking fish in no time.
