Fake Grass, easier to fix any issues with the tank, the bulkheads are on the bottom of the tank, if something went wrong to remove all the rocks/sand would be a pain.

That longbladed plant looks a little fake but the carpet looks great in the photo.

agreed, got get some newer plants, but the fish are big and keep turning them sideways.

You can get them on ebay, not that expensive, just try to find one without chemicals. My tank is square, 4 viewing panels.
