I'm picking up a 240 gallon tank this Saturday, and wanted to know if my stocking is OK. I'm currently growing all the fish out at the moment, but they will al go in to the 240 when I get it. The fish I have are:

3x Xingu peacock bass (7-8")
1x Siamese tiger Datnoid (1.5", won't go in immediately, I'm pellet training/QTing him in a smaller tank ATM)
1x "Lemon" oscar (3")
1x Honduran red point (3.5")
1x Common goldfish (Rescue from a science classroom, was being kept in a 1 gallon tank)
1X Clouded archerfish (5")

I am prepared to remove all the fish except the dat, goldfish, oscar and peacocks if the peacocks/dat get big enough to eat them

I wouldn't do the goldfish since he's a cold water fish and the others aren't.

Well, eventually the bass will outgrow a 240 (in my opinion). Xingo can get up to about 2 feet long. So If this is a permanent upgrade for the bass I would try to go above 300g. Other than that, the fish you listed should be okay. Although the HRP and archer would be bite size to some large bass.
