I currently have a 240 gallon planted tank... but it hasn't gone as planned... and I am going to make it a salt tank... but I must first get rid of what's there. This tank has been set up for over 6 months and the chemistry is great... but I have severe algae issues. What I have is:

$.99-$5 ea - asst plants (they are all small right now)
$10 per 20 lb – Live Red Fluorite (I have 440lbs) I paid $17 for 20 lbs dry.
$70 ea - I have two very large pieces of Driftwood. I paid $100 ea and they weren't even presunk... they are fully saturated now and don't leach into the water so your water will stay clear.
$50 – 5lb CO2 bottle… it’s$15 to refill/exchange it and this one actually needs to be exchanged. You’ll pay $80 for a new one. It’s a great deal. You’ll save $30
(2)lg Snake Gouramies 8” $5 Ea
(3) Giant Gouramies $2 ea
(4) Opaline Gouramies $2 ea
(2) Platinum Gouramies $2 ea
(1) Pictus Cat 3” $3
(1) Electric Blue Jack Dempsey 3” $25
(2) Large Angels 1-Marble and 1- Silver stripped 5” $7 ea
(2) Golden Sharks 4” $3 ea

Please e-mail me with questions.

I actually can ship the Fluorite if you're willing to help with the cost of shipping.

WOW...someone within driving range of me has something for sale! Thats a first time I believe!!

Do you have pics of the driftwood?

oh...and hey Courtney. Hows the convict pair?

My parents have a place in Swansboro. I am interested in the tank (if you are willing to sell it once everything else has been sold).

No I'm selling the tank... it's a custom size and sits between two rooms. I'm just selling the planted setup because I"m going to use the money to convert it to a saltwater ray tank. Sorry.

Here is a picture of the tank when I cleaned it. and the CO2 was working.

also... the piece that's in front is sitting at an angle so it's actually longer than it looks. The tank is 4' x 4' x 2' just so you can get an idea how big they are.

sad to hear that you aren't selling the tank. that is one beautiful tank!

it was also nice to see someone "close to home" was selling something here.

Best of luck!

where are you at?
