If your arowana is silver and the tail tapers to a point, it's a silver arowana. If it's caudal fin/anal fin are more defined it's a jardini. If it's a jardini you might have some problems with your other fish when it reaches about 8-10"... While not always true, once a jardini reaches that size it starts growing tired of having to share its tank with "lesser species" and goes on a murderous rampage. (lesser species = anything other than itself.)

the RTC will get to big quickly, but the rest should be fine. You should be able to figure out what type of aro you have very easily.

No to the RTC it will get way too big, A silver might work but they do get upwards of 40" so keep that in mind, a Jardini you should stay away from for they are very aggressive and you could very well wake up one morning with a tank of owned fish.. The flowerhorn will also be quite aggro same with the jag, you might wanna choose one or the other, If you go with the flowerhorn I dont suggest a JD, Oscar, or GT, they will probably get killed. And the blood parrot might get killed too, not only because of the other fish beating on it, but it may not be able to compete for food adequately.

I find it unlikely one will actually get that big in an aquarium, although I know there are several people on the site with 30" silvers.

Still how wide is a 240?

Every one else covered most of the bases. My only concern is the poly bichir being eaten as he probably wont get to 12" that fast. My bichir has grown about 3 inches in 3 and a half months but not all are the same. It sounds like you will have a blast with this tank. My only suggestions are

RTC wont work out. BUT! Lima Shovelnose are great catfish you could have a few of them

Buy all these fish as small as you can and raise them in the tank. I wouldnt suggest getting any one of these fish smaller or bigger than the other.

Quarantine all purchases since you will most likely have these fish a long time its best to quarantine since its such a big investment running a tank like that !

Also what is your filtration ?????

im wondering wat to get for filteration. im getting 8x2x2 from ocean blue.

ok update. ima switch from senegal to just 1 delhezi.

1-silver arowana
1-oscar
1-jaguar
1-delhezi
1-green terror
1-pleco
1-king kong
1-midas?
1-shovelnose?

could these workfor life? should i add or take out any?
