25 tall tank

Tall 25 gallon tank for sale..Dollar a gallon sale and also an eclipse hood..The filter doesn't seem to work, but the lights work great..I'm pretty sure the filter is fixable..My fish knocked the tube off and I'm thinking too much water got into the pump or something, I don't know, whatever..
