250 gallon pond in a tropical country for Discus??

Hey guys I have a 250 gallon fish pond and since I live in a tropical country and average temperature is 30 degrees celcius so I was thinking of putting DISCUS in my pond. Is it possible?

I personally don't like to put discus inside a pond because I can't see and monitor their health, but they can be keep inside a pond.

That seems like a waste. You won't really be able admire them much.
