I have a 250 gallon which is going to be freshwater and i wants some good ideas on what kinds of predatory fish i can keep thier for life. any suggestions? give examples of what fish and what kind of landscape be as detailed as possible. then after im am going to hold a vote and see which one everybody likes best and from that idea im going to start my project.250 Gallon Project. Aros, Rays, and/or Gars with sand substrate and a medium sized piece of driftwood would look nice!
Also...1 Armatus and a few poly's with some driftwood/live plants and a natural colored substrate. I decided to go with all low/medium light plants on my big tank since the cost of lighting was so high to get to 2-3 wpg. A ray would be an awesome addition too but if you are in cali you can't have one.
i believe a small group of frontosa with some long flowing driftwood from top to bottom you know layed out intricatly i love setting my tank up around my wood imo long flowing peices are nice becaus they can be stacked rather than haveing a knobby stump. but yes frontosa are beuatiful fish that grow very nicely are very personable long living fish, wich also are open to a biotope setting . i always say do the research and buy what catches your eye....what u can handle that is lol have fun!
