Hey guys...great site. Crazy stuff on here. So in the spirit of wanting to be a monster fish keeper I got my hands on a 265 tank, unfortunately I have no place currently in the house to place it, so my only option is the garage. So my question is can you economically heat a 265 fish tank in an detached non-heated garage in NJ? or is that not even possible? I was thinking about making some insulation panels to help keep the heat in. Also, on the flip, how about cooling it?

I did try to search the site first, but couldn't come up with anything.

Thanks and have a great day.

wow the winter will be rough im useing a 500 watt titanium heater on mine the room temp is about 62 degrees and it keeps the tank at 80 with no problem. you will def need several large wattage heaters to do that.
