What's good MFK? So I've posted here before under the DIY thread about this same tank. Its a glass 265 tall. I recently had it filled to make sure it wasn't leaking. Still will probably reseal it anyway. But as i looked at it with water in it i noticed the overflows were really taking away from the view....gave me an idea
So this is a drawing of the tank as it sits. Sorry I'm not an artist lol.
Here is a pic of one of the overflows. Its tucked in my shed ad the moment so its hard to get any good shots. But my idea was to remove one of the overflows and using something to plug the holes. I was even thinking of some type of valve for water changes.
Here is a rough sketch of what I was thinking of. The sump would be made from a 75 gallon that was recently purchased from the petco dollar per gallon sale.
Any ideas or thoughts or insight about this would be greatly appreciated. Especially when it comes to the actual plumbing.
Almost forgot! Any leads to finding a bottom trim piece would be appreciated also.
