I live on bottom floor apt. I found it on CL for 300$, had it labeled as a 225 but once I plugged in the dimensions into the calc, it was a 270. We knew something wasnt right when it looked just as big as our 265 and we were right.

Im on CL every day looking for deals, just gotta look.

All I had to do was patch 2 holes and was good to go.
