270g (with Leak) in NYC

I'm forced to unload my 270g. It sprung a leak the other day. I don't have the patience to reseal the tank, though it probably could be done. Or perhaps someone who keeps reptiles would like to use it as an enclosure.

It's 84" x 24" and 31" tall. A truly fantastic looking tank. It has an Aquaterra background siliconed to the bottom of the tank - looks really cool. Two overflows, one on either end.

I also have a stand for it, but I may keep the stand and get a new tank... Or I may decide to sell the stand too, but I'm not sure yet. If the right buyer comes along, perhaps we could work something out.

For now though, it's just tank and lids. The tank is VERY heavy and will require four strong guys to carry it. You'd benefit from a dolly as well. Pick up in Manhattan.

I really just want it out of here, but if I could get some $$$ for it, that would be great. It will be money to go towards fixing the damn floor! :irked: Let's say $200 OBO. I'll try to get some pictures up soon.
 
Here's a pic of the setup when it was running. I've decided to sell the stand, which you can see is very nice. It's a metal frame with the wood cabinet facade attached. Also have a great wet/dry filter and two Quiet One pumps. Will think on a price for whole package and post later. For more pics, send me your email addresses. Thanks.

I've decided to sell the stand and filtration as well. The stand is made of 2" square iron (painted black). There is a wood cabinet facade that attaches to the metal frame, and also atop the tank rim is a bit of crown molding to match the cabinet. Really nice. $200 OBO.

The filter is made by LifeReef. It is the LF2-300 model, which goes for $779 new. This one's yours for $250. It is a GREAT filter. Check http://www.lifereef.com/frame.html for more info.

Two Quiet One 6000 pumps. $50 each.

Overflows complete with Durso standpipes - all plumbing (PVC with valves, etc.) is free with the setup.
 
daym bro. i would take it off of your hadns in a heart beat if i ddint already get my 180 =( it makes me like almost sad....maybe i can sell the 180.....let u no =D
 
How much do u want for the 180 gal xbor maybe i can buy the tank from u and u buy the tank from the mule 270 is too big for what i want to do
