The Moon
Well I've had the tank running for a month and a day now, and I have to say, I really like how it has turned out.

Livestock:
5 FAT Zebra Danios
5 Otos
1 Spotted Leaf fish (only 2 inches)
2 Clown Loaches (both oddball spot pattern)
2 Ghost Shrimp

Plants:
1 Large Amazon Sword
Bunch of Red Ludwigia
1 small Anubias
1 small Dwarf Acorus (i believe)

Tank:
A "65" watt flood light running at 6,500 K for 9 Hours a day (lights of america fluoreX)
Flourite Substrate
Flourish 2x a Week with water changes
Co2 system with ladder diffuser

Enjoy

Thats a leopard ceptomis.;)
I assume its from petsmart? They have them mis labled.

The sword actually looks more like a radican sword. Tank looks pretty good. You need to move the co2 ladder to the right side. Where it is, more of the co2 will be gassed off. Personally I don't like those ladders as the diffusion rate is not very good.

Heh, yea I did get it from petsmart, but I know its a Ctenopoma acutirostre. People recognize spotted leaf fish easier so I thought what the heck.

Very nice tank, I love the loach in the picture.

looking good, dude!

for the record, the swrod in your photos looks NOTHING like my radicans... soo... am not sure that is what you have... OR MAYBE, is not what i have, exactly...

anyhow, keep up the good work!

There are several varieties of radican sword, the one he has looks to be echinodorus cordifolius v. "Florida".
