I don't reallt have roome for another fish tank but this one ready couaght my eye, I am entertianing a rainbow wolf or nile puffer, any thoughts of other reccommendtion wwould be great.

Isn't a nile puffer also a fahaka puffer? If so, it will get too big for a 29 ... they can get big!
Why not go for a brackish setup (most puffers are brackish) with a puffer or two - depending on the species - monos / scats and some gobies ... ?
I would recommend the figure 8 puffer. I just got one and they are COOL! Apparently they also don't loose their coloration as they get older and can live over 15 years if properly cared for.
