29 gal tank

I have an empty 29 gal tank and am wondering is there cold water fish I could keep in there?Any help is appreciated.

Yes an Axolotls would look great and be able to live there...
it is not technically a fish but it lives underwater.

Plenty of cold water minnow species would do fine.
