What should I put in a 29 gal that is empty except for decorations? Preferably something thats a predator

one firemouth would work in a 29, a pair might be a stretch.

an albino senagal should fit, they arent very active most of the time unless in groups.

yea but they are extremely slow growing....a senegal would be fine in a 29 gallon.........I also suggest a ctenopoma though or a leaf fish, true predators.....
