29 gallon cichlid aquarium and some questions

Just finished the sand so water is a bit cloudy.
Can anybody ID these 2 fish?
Can anybody ID the rocks in the tank?
How big should i grow these out until i can put them in my 125 with 3-6 inch african cichlids?
Which is the best rock i can use to landscape my 125 that can buffer the water for African Cichlids?
Where is the best place to get this rock?
Are there any live plants that will survive in low lights that i can keep with my Africans?

The yellow fish appears to be a yellow peacock, and if I had to guess I'd say the blue fish is a female kenyi. The tail on the blue fish kinda throws me off though.
