Really depends on how thorough you want to be.
I bleached all the rocks in my tank, which got the algae, but the real motive was really to kill off potential myco. Abrasive sponge or a brush like M MultipleTankSyndrome suggested as well as some H2O2 should work. I’d also agree on the sand, when I was upgrading my reef tank it took me about 5 minutes to decide that keeping the old sand wasn’t going to work.
H2O2 dips on the plants should be good, a brush can work with plants that have tough leaves like anubias. Small algae eating inverts like snails and scuds are best to keep plants clean.
If you happen to have any scuds floating around your tanks, you can take some and culture them, they will eat the algae. I was able to use mine to completely eradicate all the bba from one of my tanks by putting decor in their tank.
