I was wondering if you could keep mudskippers in a 29 gallon high tank and if so, what species would be best.

Not sure on species but yes that is fine. Just make sure to have enough land and water.

Mudskippers require land and humidity for some species. I've also read that they are territorial so suggest thourough research to maintain them properly.
