29 gallon tank setup ideas?

I really want a nice planted 29 gallon tank. What do you guys suggest I put in there? I want something lively and that does not eat the plants / uproot them. Let me know, I'm only familiar with the bigger fish. Also, it may be a 29-50g tank. I'm just really stuck on what to put in there!
