I just got 3 bala sharks for my 29 gallon tank that will eventualy be going into a 55 then a 180...... they are maybe 1.5" right now not much bigger than the 2 zebra danios in the tank with them..... They are a bit skinny so hopefully ill get some weight on them so the look better.... The 55 has been set up for a few years but I need to get it off the ground and do some work on it for I put them in there with the 8" snakeskin gourami that's already in there. Also the 29 is being filtered by a fluval 205 and has some live plants and the fish are 2 zebra danios 1 BN pleco and now 3 bala sharks. How long u think they will last in the 29?

well looks like ones gona die I knew it how she was handling it... But that happens when u get a new person at petco... The normal fish person is really good but the 2 others look great and I think they have already eaten lights off tho.
well the one died but the others are doing great eating and swimming in the current fine. How long do you guys think the balas will last in the 29 im getting the 55 ready but wont be how I want it for like 2 or 3 months probly is that short enough?
Quick update they are now schooling with the zebra danios which where terrified of them at first but now are much more confident in the tank which is nice.... I'm getting the 55 up next weekend and will make everything looking good ill do a new thread but with picks of the finished 55 gallon tank.
