Here's a pic of him roughly 2 months ago. I have since adopted 2 more about 3 weeks ago and now they have it. My yellow labs spawned in the same tank on the same day my cuckoo got this. He used to jump out of the tank every 5 minutes. My theory was he thought if he jumped out he would land back in his native lands. He was a wild caught specimen. He has since calmed down finally lol. But now all my cuckoo catfish have some kind of white hole on their heads. Its been like that for 2 months now. My dominant yellow lab. male has developed a pink almost swollen tramsparency on his head. WHATS GOING ON HERE? Ill try to post some updated pictures.

Judging by the rocks in the picture, I would say they are bumping their heads on things as they swim around. That would explain why they aren't healing, they continue to hit it. Try taking out the jagged rocks and replace them with smooth ones, or no rocks at all for a little while to see if it starts to get better.
