It has been a little over 2 weeks since I got my Oscar and I have only seen her eat once. She has very little activity and it looks like she has gotten smaller. My water levels are perfect. I do a 40% water change .weekly. I have tried pellets, flakes and some feeders from my other tank. Her tankmates are acting and eating normally. I really think she is wasting away! How can I save her?

Small oscars are pushovers. They usually will cower to anything larger in my experience. You can divide tank until oscars put on size, it won't take long. Or you can put in a separate tank if available. I would take your Dempseys if I were closer. Good luck

+1

And you should try to target feed him to get the food in front of him with a turkey baster or something with like frozen foods such as bloodworms and brineshrimp because he might bot be able to see the food too or the other fish beat him to it and intimidate him
