Hi, I have already posted this up in the Arowana forum but I would like to know what Peacock bass owners think since I have never owned any cichlas before. But I use to have a 10" black aro and raised it up until about 17-18" and sold him just recently. So here is what I posted.
I think I may have done a terrible thing. I ordered..
(4x) 3" baby blacks
(2x) 1"Cichla Orinos. Will they get along in a big tank? I already have in my tank are...
(2x) 2" Silver Dollars
(1x) 6.5" Flagtail.
I kinda have a clue that maybe the cichlas will give the blacks a hard time.
It will arrive within a couple days. I didn't even think about them getting along what not. But if they do, I only plan on keeping them all in there until they need a larger tank, than I will separte them if I have to. I just wouldn't like them to get all tore up.

. I assume thats who you ordered from. You will need to separate the orinos and aro. I aint just saying that either ask around. I would hate to see you lose some nice cichla. Mine are growing like no other.
