Just go to walmart and buy you some hot hands. They have the xl body warmer that are 3"X4" for like $2 for 3 of them.

Those are fine for transporting in cold weather, but IMHO they are not sufficient for shipping purposes. They do not get as hot as shipping heat packs, nor do they last as long.
