3/26/2011 Miami Offshore report

Well im about to head offshore now for some fishing with my dad and gf. The target species will be kingfish and snapper... Ill post a full report on this thread once we get back!

Wasnt that great of say anyways sadly...

The water was beautiful and calm even though we got a very late start...

We were out on the water by around 1:30-2 and stayed until 5.
To sum it up the total catch for the day was 3 yellowtail snapper ranging 15-18 inches.
I also missed 2 shots on sailfish, but the braid probably messed me up pretty badly there...

not that great of a day your crazy... lol...its about 32 out here and still waitin for the ponds to thaw out... i think u had a great day...im goin crazy up here one day is 75 out the next is 34 and snowing...

Three yellow tails will make a great supper and then some. I think you did fairly well. Just remember that a bad day at fishing is better than a good day at work.
