3-4'' CL with 4'' dats?

Hey, getting two 4'' Indo's soon and I wanna get a few CL's.
The CL's near me are about 3-4''.
Could I add some with the 4'' dats?
I know dats have HUGE mouths, but do you think this could work?

Keep in mind how slow CLs grow.

As long as the CL doesn't fit in the Dats mouth it OK..

I try to put my 8" CL with my 14" wide bar, they try to eat him. So I toke him out, wasn't bright ideas.

I guess I might try it.
I'll try to get the biggest CL's I can from the LFS.
If it does not work, I can move the CL's elsewere or sell them to a friend.

Yeah, but Dats have some huge mouths.

i have kept 4inch CLs with my 8inch dats for more than 6months. no problem.z

Keep those dats fed, shouldn't be a problem as long as the size difference isn't too great between loaches and mouths.

I dont think I'm going to get the CL's, at least not for a long time.
Taking a bit of a break and keeping what I have...
