I have 3 SDs that need a new home. Free to anyone who wants them.
They are in my 29g and two of them have recently developed what looks to be slight cloudy eye - it looks like a cloudy slit. I think it is from severe stress because of my angelfish, and lack of space. They are getting nipped and chased away alot. Two of them have ragged tails, which is how I bought them, and actually why I bought them. I assumed they had tail rot and I bought them because I felt bad and wanted to save them. The fins never healed.

They were 2-3" when I got them. They aren't comfortable in the tank, and I feel bad seeing them cowering constantly unless they are eating.

Anyone in Maine or a close state, please PM me to talk. I will not ship.

edit: you can see pics of them on page 5 of the link in sig. ;)

Where are you located? I'm not interested in them, but will ask around for you. How long have you had them? What are they eating?

I am in the Rumford area, a few towns over.

I have had them since I'd say at least August. I can't exactly remember, but I had them for a month or two before I bought my Angelfish, which was in October, so...

They are eating tropical flakes (started them on TetraMin, and now they are eating Kens Fish), and freeze dried bloodworms. They will go after a shrimp pellet once in a while aswell.

Thanks for the help. ;)

edit: Wanna hear something weird? I just checked them out real well. Their eyes are fine. I bumped the temp up and added a bit of salt yesterday, and voila. They still need to go, but are actually quite healthy. :)
