3 azuls and hybrid?

Nice bass and tank, the lower light levels look really good, very much the Amazonian theme.
I think that isn't hybrid, looks like C. monoculus to me, with exceptional marking. And that's nice! very healthy looking cichla btw.
thanks for the kind words! i try to keep my fish as happy as possible got them feeding on "silver fish" that i get at the asian supermarket.
they refuse to eat pellets, but will eat freeze dried shrimp. every time i try pellets one might hit it then spit it out and just stare at me like come one fool i know thats crap food hahaha.
as for the odd one out he was given to me and i was told he was a kelzul but personally would rather have a "true" cichla then a hybrid. but we'll see as he continues to grow. starting to show spangles in his tail
