Im still am pretty new to this whole fish thing but I am truely loving it, obsessed would probably describe it best. Any how, considering that Blood Parrots are territorial, I was fixing my tank after they had a field day in messing up the tank you know digging and rearranging. Well I got home from work and stuck my hand in the tank to fix things up a little, normally they nudge me with their snouts. Ok, I think that's kinda cute, although I know that they are showing aggression, as I was about to finish one of them bit my finger hard enough for me to shout and loud enough for my husband to hear me in the kitchen. When I looked the next day he had left me with 5 little scratches. Anyway let me know what you guys think, I'm eager to learn much more. Oh and I have a 55 gal, with small river gravel, 2 40-60 gal filters, a few fake plants and 3 small rocks.
