3 inch dat only eats feeders

had this guy for almost 2 months now and only eats feeder fish wont eat nothing else. i want to get him on market shrimp since thats what my other fish eat how can i do this?

stop feeding him feeder. keep trying the shrimp. he doesn't eat just keep trying. he's hungry he will eat.

you might want to try pallets as well.

also try blood worms. just dont feed him feeders. he will eventually take something else

Like the others said.. just stop feeding him feeders!!! Just continue to feed your other fish market shrimp... and once he is really hungry.. he'll fight with the others for the food. Oh.. and you can try dried krill... they love that.. Well mines do!

I am having the same issue my new guy wont eat, I think he was on feeders too...

Don't worry, last time I got some 1.5" ones, they didn't eat for almost four weeks. I fed them the day I got them with live bloodworms, then just tried shrimp from then on. At 3", your dat is solid enough to not eat for quite awhile.
