3 inch fahaka

Okay so he is on his way. What should be feed to a young one I have ghost shrimp on hand should i pick up some snails? frozen brine? go to the market and get some seafood?

I just bought a 2"er yesterday and I threw some shrimp in there and he gobbled it down... I hear bloodworms and of course snails for the teeth.

You could start with market shrimp and the occasional crayfish. I have never owned a Fahaka, but my Hairy Puffer enjoyed that diet.

Just gave it frozen prawn. My grew so fast with 3 meals a day on frozen prawn. No need to defrost. It will chew on it.

They love to hunt ghost shrimp. Mine continues to hunt weeks after they are all gone. It hits air bubbles on the surface cause it think there shrimp.

Other than that market shrimp, blood worms, small live cray fish 2-3", mysis shrimp, guppies,
