Here is what I posted last night:

A woman on craigslist is breaking down her 120 tonight and needs to get rid of her two 8-10" Jags. I am not even sure if they are M/F or not. How much murder and mayhem would it be to add them to my 180? I already have a 6-7" male Jag and a couple of other CA's in their also. She needs to know asap. If need be I can resell them. This is killing me because they are free.

Today:

Last night when I went to this guy's house and went in the room to pick up the Jag's I could not believe how nice they were, and that they were alot bigger than what he told me over the phone. The woman who was selling them was actually this guy's girlfriend. Over the phone he told me they were about 5" and when I got there, they were both pushing 9-10". I was happy about that. A guy that my wife works with said he would take my 6" male that is only around 6" and I though would get beat up. I took him and out and he is now gone. So now I only have two male's in my tank. After adding the Jag's everything seemed okay so far. Everyone is still alive this morning.

Here are some pic's.

Thoes are some GREAT looking Jags you have. I tried to keep 2 together and it ended badly they turned out to be 2 males and they werent cool with eachother.

nice tank love the jags...just keep an eye on them...they should turn out fine..if there tolerating themselves..just have lots of big rocks

damn, those are nice looking Jags, can't wait till my two males put that type of size on. Hey, how big is that Dempsey, looks huge.

if their ok now then they probably will be,what i do when introducing new cichlids to a tank with resident cichlids is to take them out rearrange all the decor even use new stuff if you want and then re-introduce all at the same time so everyone starts off on the same footing, this has never failed for me but your jags seem fine so no worries:D :D :D :D :D

I have had the JD since 10/06. I bought him at about that size (9"-10") at a lfs in south philly called zoos. I think he was around $30. He is in really good shape with excellent color. In my past experiences with introducing cs/sa cichlids, most of the time the ones that are already in the tank, overall just swim up to the newly introduce ones and maybe bump him a few times or follow them around, sometimes a little too much. I guess I may be lucky but I have never had new fish beat up real bad or to death. I kept an eye on the tank all night until I went to bed and all seemed okay.
