What kind of growth can I expect out of my new little guy? atm he/she is in a 10 gallon planted w/ some guppies ( if he eats them oh well..) I also have 2 8"+ sens that i decided against keeping him w/ atm in a seperate tank. I'm sure now it was a good idea not to throw the lil' ornate in. About how long will it take him to get about 8" and able to keep w/ my sens?

months, im not entirely sure about the growth rate of bichirs even though i own an ornate myself, i do know that if you feed it feeders it will grow faster but it isnt as healthy just keep up water changes bump up temp and feed massivores
So far it's been eating frozen bloodworms, and I haven't seen 'em eat the NLS pellets I've been offering but it'll hoover in the area after I've dropped them in. So I think it's eating them. ate almost a whole cube of bloodworms the first night I had it home
