I am slowly(depends who you ask) starting on my fish room I have a ruff idea what tanks I want how its all going to be setup etc!
My issue is every LFS I go to and ask say they can build 3 tier stands for 4x2x2 5x2x2 6x2x2 tanks which is what I plan to stock mainly with smaller stands I can do myself!
I cant decided if its safe or not to have the 5x2x2 and 6x2x2 on a 3 tier stand? I plan on having 6 of the 6x2 and 6-9 of the 5x2 so if I lower the tier it does limit floor space, my area is 8x8x7M (LXWXH).
Anyone have any advice/experience on this type of setup? Its ruffly 3Tons per a 6x2 and 2 and a half for a 5x2.
I work with lots of engineers and they all say its fine have even given me drawing of how to do it but figured it might be better to ask the fish experts also, I am positive it will hold but will it last for at least 4-5 years without any sagging or snaps?
