nothing floating after i fill the tank up, they are well rooted

i know many people would wait for about 2 months before filling the tank up. In my case I start out with 4 HC pots which fill up every corner of the tank that why i did not wait that long. i just fill it up when i see they are well rooted.

What are you going to put in it? Shrimp and such?
