This tank is three years old with 2 wild percular clowns in both 2 n a half years old. The rear filter is pretty much half live rock n half bio balls there's roughly 5kg of live rock in the tank. I never had starfish but some have started to grow. 1cm across little white starfish I have a huge red plant in it that came from nowhere only gets water changes every couple of months but it never has bad water quality. Plus it has a protein skimmer toouploadfromtaptalk1368742271061.jpg

Very very nice.

Nothing like an established, balanced, sw tank. And the smaller the noteworthier!
 
Yeah I know there is a fair bit of bubble algea but it's home to worms n other critters. I think it also adds to the natural look. N I suppose it all plays it's own part in such a tiny eco system
