30 gallon black background help...

painted it once and decided to put a second coat over a thumbprint. it bubbled up and had huge circles of spackled bubble glass..


i bought paint thinner to try and remove the paint with little success. need help getting down to a surface to repaint.

Yeah , Razor blade should work .
