30 gallon filtration

I have a 30gal with no filter, what is a cheap route to go for a filter ? I know aqua clear is good but wal mart has some very cheap filters, anyways what should I get, didn't wanna spend 100 on filtration alone..stock will be pair german blue rams, neons, corys, bn pleco ty

well a AQ 30 is only like $40 or something. AQ is the way to go i think the walmart stuff is crap but it is cheaper. Or go with sponge filters

imo you wont get a better bang for your buck in HOBs

A aqua clear is a good way to go . I have em on all my tanks. I paid $40 for my ac 30 . A air pump and sponge filter isnt bad either but will probably cost more then a aqua clear
