300 gal acrylic stocking question

I bought a 300 gal acrylic tank 2 weeks ago, i'm moving and don't want to set it up til i move..i have a 125 with 20+ african cichlids in it....i can't keep both tanks...my dilemma is i don't know if i want to stock the 300 with Africans....or do i look to bigger fish?

What would you do?

Seriously go big. Get some p-bass or arowana. I have africans as well and i always want them to grow alot. Biger fish have better personality imO and its cool as hell to watch them eat
