Oooh, aggressive...me likey--Lol jk. But after a little thought, maybe a Jardini wouldn't be ok with tank mates. But a Silver Arowana is still a go. I've seen hundreds of silvers in my life, and they have been with tons of tankmates peacefully. I've seen them kept with Oscars, Bichirs, Giant Gouramis, Knife Fish, Stingrays, you name it. They are aggressive, but not as badly as a Jardini.

Jars can get pretty nasty - I wouldn’t do one unless that’s the fish you want most. Even then, 300 gallons is not a lot of space for any arowana.
If you want an Amazon tank, you can try pBass or oscars along with varying cats, and use silver dollars as the schooling fish in mind.
As mentioned, anything bite sized will wind up that way over time. 300 gallons is a puddle next to the wild.

the other fish are tiger oscar, uaru, jaguar, blood red parrot cichlid, polleni, common pleco and silver dollars
Do you know the params of your tap water? That will best inform which fish to get. The jag is going to be super aggressive with the other fish, and the blood parrot lacks the weaponry to properly keep up with the rest. The polleni (Madagascar cichlid) would do well in similar water as the uaru and Oscar (but could cause aggression issues as well).
I don’t know cats super well, so I would save that for the cat experts on here.

i have faith that the black water and tall growing plants will let the jag live in harmony with the others
i will need to test the water but i dont want to play with ph with buffers and so on
the town i live in is supplied with mountain water which is black and loaded with natural tannins and natural acids so it should be on the softer more acidic side but i will need to test to be sure
I definitely wouldn’t toss a jag in there. The rest aren’t impossible (for now), but parachromis are on their own level.
Depends on the dimensions and who you ask. Most people here will say that an 8x3 is the bare minimum for an aro.
