Black aro gets about as big as a silver, so the same rules apply.

although jardini's are known to be very aggressive, they can easily be housed with large fish like giant gourami's, clown knife fish, etc. i personally have found jardini's to be excellent community fish. there are only a few cases in which jardini's have killed there tank mates either they were too small or the tank was too small. i would recommend that you add a jardini to fulfill the need of an arowana. People telling that( jardini's are ABSOLUTE KILLERS) are just attention gainers. i am certain that numerous members on this website have tried community tanks with jardinis.

do you have any experience with keeping jardini arow in community?
the tankmates will not be real monsters, most will be between 10 and 20 inches when fully grown

i did have one with some silver dollars, 9 inch hornet cichlid, 9 inch oscars a 13 inch rtc and a 13 inch pacu. sadly it passes away recently. didn't bother anyone. it was about 20 inches
sorry to hear
will it do well in a blackwater biotope scape? saw it wants slightly acidic water( 6.5-7 ph)

if you are worried about the ph (and i know you are since jardini's are sensitive and expensive fish), then i would recommend buying a small baby one and grwo him out in your blacwater biotope scape since baby fish are very flexible in case of water paramaters. Once it grows up, it will have no problems with your water parameters. it would be a fun experience to grow it out. they are fast growers.
