Stopped by one of my local customers place today and snapped some pictures of his 300 Gallon. A majority of the fish came from us (All the Clown Loaches, Nigers, Dats, one of the Lung Fish and even the 3" Orino came from us)

Hey do you know why the giraffe lost its pattern except on his fins? I have seen an increasing amount of pics lately of large ones that lost their pattern. Does that just kinda happen or is it avoidable?

The lungs are in a separate tank, correct?

Yes they are in a 60 gallon.
They fought at first, so he put one in the 300 and left one in the 60. He later moved them both into the 300 with no fighting.
He them moved both back into the 60 and they are fine now.
