300 galon aquarium sump set up

Looking for someone that knows how to set up a sump. I have the sump. Just need to redo the pcv piping and the bulkheads. Looking for someone that has done this before and knows what they are doing.. Willing to pay cash for help. thank you very much. im located in the piittsbrgh area
 
Actually looks pretty simple. Larger pipes are drains. Smaller are returns from the pump/s. Both larger drains would plumb into their respective side drip chamber. Pump is submerged on the far left. Media bags and heaters in the middle

You can even us a lot of that old plumbing, but if you have the chedder start fresh. Keep the drain plumbing as direct and "turnless" as possible. Avoid necking down the pipes like in the picks. Avoid 90's if you can. Want the water to flow smoothly as possible. The pipes in the overflow tunnels are probably fine and will save money re-using. The trick will be dialing in the drain ball valves to get the right drain/return rate to keep the drains quiet. Just takes some experimenting.
