hello i have a 48gallon bowfront aquarium its 4 months old comes with the following

(1) cascade 1500 caister filter
(1) whisper 30-60 filter
lots of meds & water treatment ( see photos ) the melafix ,primafix,methtlene blue are brand new
i used 1 pack of the maracyn the rest are atleast 60% full
plus anything else i find


there are no scratches on this tank

i take paypal , cash moneyorder i can hold the tank for you as long as you need to pick it up but i need the money to finish my fences

asking 300 has to go soon my whitetail deer is here !!!! around $700 in this stuff

why do guys like him make this site suck? you asked a question and he answered it. just because you dont like his answer doesnt mean he is a moron.

and to answer your initial question about pricing, you shouldnt expect to get more than 20-30 cents back for every dollar spent when you include filters and such in your sale. when its comes to selling tanks about 99% of the time you won't get more than a dollar per gallon when it comes to glass tanks and 2 dollars per gallon when it comes to acrylic.

if i were you i'd price it no higher than 150 or so.
 
It's not a bad deal but most are looking for larger tanks on here.. And well it's two days before christmas so most people are tapped out. Not to mention there are very few MFK members in your area I believe.

Put it on Craigslist and/or Aquaria Central.
 
I agree 48 gallon is not exactly popular within a website called MONSTERfishkeeper. You may want to do a search, I have seen 150-300 gallon being let go for $ 300-400 bucks.

You know cascade is not exactly a popular brand when everyone here really likes eheim, fluval and rena.
