more pics coming this weekend,

special thanks to "plum" hes the reason it all went smoooth.....

thats my sister in the reflection. thanks tal

Very nice set up you have there friend. Cariba's look awesome ( I can see them from the shot of your filter!)

I am happy to see you are enjoying them. Piranha's are just so much fun. With the general public's misconception, it always leads to lots of questions when people see a large mixed shoal.

Of course though.... we need to see more pictures!!

very nice... its kinda hard to tell in the pic, but is the middle of the tank bare with sand on each side?

looks like that's how it is.
nice tank Tony.
the picture of your tank just reminded me to clean the algae off my tank

thanks for the nice comments im glad you guys like it!!!!!!!

there is some bare bottom in the middle and sand on both sides due to m koralia 8 but i like it now because i can put my sump pump where its bare for a water change it makes things alot faster, 200 gallon w/c once a week possibly more. the pump i got at ace gets the water out in like minutes .

haha keep that tank scraped jack! thank you sean, yes more pics are deffinetley needed to give you guys a real taste of this tank!!!

it was very cool watching them establish dominance (exept for niped fins/gills.) the most dominant is that big caRibe on the left and the second in command is my argest piraya its very cool to see how they respect eachother and stay about 4 inches apart in the same spot al the time until i feed, i really cant explain with words how much i love my shoal, i raised every cariba in there from about .5 inch to what they are now, largest being 8 inches maybe. its amazeing!!!!!! it puts any saltwater tank to shame! i have saltwater reefs and swim tanks now and they dont get me nearly as excited as my shoal.

my blue diamond rhom who is about a foot long maybe more is getting fat in his 125 he follows me when i walk past him. its like having a dog in a fish tank hes sooooo cool.pics of him and his new tank are on there way also...

one last thing here... PIRANHA RULE!!!!!!! ( I LOVE THEM FOR THERE BEAUTY AND MISTIQUE NOT BECAUSE THERE SUPPOSEDLY KILLERS! HA):WHOA:

Awesome setup! If I ever decide to try piranhas I'd do a mixed shoal like you've put together. Just wait until those pirayas get over a foot long...
